Although what we do can be extremely complex at times, we don't feel there is any need to bother you with the overwhelming details of the project at hand, in saying that we understand that you want to know exactly how your project will be developed and that you will be involved in the process.
To ease your concerns and to ensure your project is given every attention to detail that it deserves we have built a simple to follow process for design and web - this will help your confidence in using our services along with the fact that you can follow the progress with ease.
Getting started
You will need to provide Infinity Corporate Solutions Pty Ltd with a design brief. We have made this as easy as possible for you by providing a form for you to complete. We will also require a few preliminary materials so we can start on your design. At this time you will need to sign acceptance of our terms and conditions and pay a 50% deposit. Remember that we have a 100% Money back guarantee if for some reason you do not like our designs.
What preliminary materials are needed?
We will need:
Your company logo as well as some examples of your recent advertising material so we can get an idea of how you like to present your business to the public. If you are a new business, don’t have these materials or want a brand new design, don’t worry, we are here to help you.
- Any photos you would particularly like included in your design.
- The rest of the information required will be in the design brief.
Remember, the more you explain at this stage, the better we will be able to create an effective design.
So what happens next?
We will create a mock up of your design/website and send it to you via email.
Proofing your mock up
You will need to take a good look at the mock up and advise us of any changes you would like to make to the design. Carefully look at the menu items, colours, page size and text styles because this is what your design will look like – the text and pictures may change but the design will look the same.
What can I change?
You can request any changes you like at this stage. It is important to advise us of any changes you would like at this stage because once the design is approved, additional charges may be incurred.
If I am happy with the design what happens next?
We will provide you with an artwork approval form to complete. Once you have signed off and faxed/emailed the form back to us we can get to work on finalising the content of your design. Once you have approved the artwork, our money back guarantee is no longer valid.
Some important points on providing content
You must provide all text and images together within the space of 2 days. Please do not send us your content over a period of weeks. If you have any issues with providing content, please let us know as soon as possible.
- When supplying text, remember that whilst all care will be taken, we do not proof your copy and we take no responsibility for the spelling, grammar and accuracy of text you provide.
- Please ensure to provide copy that is properly edited and up to date.
- If you provide us with images you have downloaded from someone else’s website, please note that you risk breaching copyright and that we will take no responsibility for breaches of copyright.
My design and content is completed
Once all of the content has been completed we will send you a link so that you can view your design.
At this time you will have 5 working days to make any final changes.
Once all the changes are made, you will be required to fax/email a client project sign off form and pay the balance 50% of monies owed. Upon receipt of the monies, we will forward designs to printers, forward copies of logos in agreed formats or make your website live (depending on what service we are providing you).
